United Parking Systems, LLC was named the #1 “Best Place to Work” in the Valley by The Phoenix Business Journal and BestCompaniesAZ. Winning entries in the competition were based solely on employee survey results which were evaluated and ranked by Quantum Market Research of Wichita, Kansas.

United Parking Systems ranked 1st out of 25 for creating an enjoyable corporate culture and work environment that fosters personal and professional growth for its employees. United Parking Systems ranked 3rd out of 25 in the 2009 competition, and 4th out of 25 in the 2008 competition. Since this program began in 2003, only one other of the eight  valet companies serving greater Phoenix have been nominated for this award.

United Parking Systems is the only valet company in Arizona to have won this award more than once.
