Frequently Asked Questions
What kind of training do your valet attendants go through before beginning work?
All of our Associates must complete six hours of classroom training and field training before being scheduled for their first assignment. This training includes a written exam that covers a variety of key subjects such as Customer service, motor vehicle laws, and company polices and procedures. After successful completion of the classroom training, our new Associates are assigned a mentor who will work with them to complete the field training requirements. These requirements include a driving skills assessment, a comprehensive review, and a step by step demonstration of operational procedures. Additionally, every new Associate must provide a 2-year motor vehicle record with no violations, submit to a 10-year criminal background check, and pass a pre-employment drug screening.
Do we have Insurance?
Absolutely! United Parking Systems is fully insured by the leading insurer of valet parking companies throughout the country. We provide each Customer with a Certificate of Insurance prior to every event outlining our coverage and naming you as an additional insured.
How will my event be staffed?
Each event is staffed according to the number of guests and cars you expect. In addition to the appropriate number of valet attendants every event will have either a company owner or senior manager on-site for the duration of the event.
Do you have references?
Yes. We have several satisfied clients who will be happy to share with you their experiences with our company.
